About VCare

What is VCare?

VCare is queue management and appointment software for private clinics in Singapore. Patients book and follow the live queue from their phone, walk-ins register at a waiting-room kiosk, and the front desk runs walk-ins, urgent cases and appointment arrivals from one ordered board, with document sharing and invoicing on the same screen. See what it does.

Who is behind VCare?

Paarvion Innovation LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in Singapore (UEN T26LL0588F). The founder, Sol Davis, is also the Data Protection Officer named in our Privacy Policy. The product name is VCare; the company is Paarvion Innovation. Both appear in the footer of every page.

Is VCare an electronic medical record (EMR) system?

Not today. VCare runs the queue, appointments, patient documents and front-desk invoicing. Structured clinical records, clinic-issued digital medical certificates and immunisation records are on the roadmap and marked “coming soon” everywhere they appear. We do not describe them as available, and we do not bill for them before they ship.

Which clinics is VCare for?

Private GP and dental clinics in Singapore, from a single practice to a group of two to five clinics. Hospitals, telemedicine services and clinics outside Singapore are not what it is built for.

Is VCare a medical service?

No. VCare is administrative software. It moves bookings and queue numbers; your clinic and its clinicians provide the care. Queue order reflects clinic operations, never a clinical judgement. In an emergency, call 995.

Getting started

How does a clinic get started?

Book a demo, then an onboarding call where we gather your clinic details, MOH licence information, doctors, rooms, services and hours. We configure everything and create staff accounts with two-factor authentication. Plan for a few weeks from the onboarding call to going live. The getting started guide walks through each step.

Do we need new hardware?

No. The dashboard runs in any modern browser on the computers you already have, and patients use their own phones. The optional walk-in kiosk runs on a tablet, quoted separately per clinic.

What does it cost?

An annual subscription in Singapore dollars with no onboarding fee: S$788 a year for the first 25 founding clinics, S$988 for Standard, and S$688 per clinic for groups of two to five, capped at S$199 a month for the group. Pay yearly or in twelve monthly instalments at the same total. Full details on the pricing page.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

One year at a time, with no multi-year lock-in. You decline renewal with 60 days written notice. The refund and cancellation policy sets out exactly when fees are refunded.

Can we see it before we commit?

Yes. A 30-minute demo on a video call or at your clinic, mapped to your own workflows, with no obligation. Book a demo, and we reply within one business day.

For patients

Is the app free for patients?

Yes, completely free, with no ads and no charges. Clinics subscribe to VCare; patients never pay.

When can I download the patient app?

The app launches with our founding clinics. We do not publish a launch date until it is certain. To hear the day it is available, leave your email on patients.vcare.sg; we send one message and nothing else. Until then, walk-in patients at a VCare clinic can already follow the queue from the kiosk ticket on their phone, with no app and no login.

How do I sign in to the app?

With a one-time code sent to your email, with your email or mobile number and a password, with a passkey secured by your phone’s Face ID or fingerprint, or with Singpass. Your NRIC is never used as a login and never appears in full on screen.

Where is my data stored, and who can see it?

In the AWS Singapore region only. Your booking and queue details go to the clinic you chose and to nobody else; other clinics cannot see them, and we never sell personal data. The security page and the Privacy Policy give the full picture.

Trust and support

What certifications does VCare hold?

None yet, and we do not claim any. We are preparing for the Cyber Security Agency’s Cyber Essentials mark for health information management system vendors. When VCare is certified we will say so on the security page, and not before.

How quickly do you respond?

A human replies to every enquiry and support request within one business day, usually faster, during support hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm SGT). Email admin@app-vantrexis.com or call +65 8837 8515. Emails sent outside those hours are answered in order the next business day.

Do you publish customer reviews or case studies?

Only with a clinic’s written authorisation, and only with figures that clinic has verified. Singapore’s healthcare advertising rules also mean we publish no testimonials, ratings or superlatives about any clinic. Our case studies page explains how we will measure and report results, and lists none until a real one exists.

What happens to our data if we leave?

It comes back to you in a structured, machine-readable format, whatever the reason for leaving. We never delete medical records a clinic is legally required to keep, and handback is never conditional on payment.
