How can we help?

Setup guides for clinics and an FAQ for patients. If neither answers it, a real person replies within one business day.

Getting started guide

Five steps from first call to a live queue. We handle the setup.

1

First call

Book a demo or drop us an email. We walk you through VCare on a call and check it fits how your clinic runs. If it does not, we will say so.

2

Onboarding call

A short working session where we gather what we need: clinic details and MOH licence information, your doctors, rooms, services and operating hours.

3

We set everything up for you

Our team configures your clinic profile, doctors, rooms and services. There is nothing to install: VCare runs in the browser on the computers you already have.

4

Staff accounts & 2FA

Every staff member gets their own account with mandatory two-factor authentication through an authenticator app. Roles are scoped to the job: a front-desk account handles the queue and appointments and has no path to clinical records.

5

Go live

Your clinic appears in the VCare patient app. Patients book appointments and join your live queue from their phone, and your team runs the day from the dashboard.

What’s live today: appointment booking, the live queue, and document sharing, so a clinic can file lab reports, medical certificates, referrals and invoices for patients to open in the app. Structured clinical records, prescriptions, immunisations and invoicing are on the roadmap and clearly marked “coming soon” in the product. We will never sell you a feature that isn’t ready.

What does it cost?

Annual plans start at S$788 a year for founding clinics, with no onboarding fees. There are no per-patient charges and the patient app is always free. See pricing.

How long does onboarding take?

Plan for a few weeks from the onboarding call to going live, longer if your clinic needs it. We handle the setup for you: your clinic profile, doctors, rooms and services, plus staff accounts, and we confirm everything with you before you go live. You are not left configuring software on your own.

Do we need new hardware?

No. VCare runs in any modern browser on the computers and tablets your clinic already uses, and patients use their own phones. There is nothing to buy or install.

Patient app FAQ

Straight answers about queues, bookings and your data.

How do I join a queue?

Open the VCare app, choose your clinic and tap Join Queue. You get a ticket number straight away and a live estimate of your wait, updated as the queue moves. If you walk in without the app, the front desk can register you and you will still appear in the same queue.

Do I lose my place if I step out?

No. Your place in the queue is held while you grab a coffee or wait in the car. The app shows your live position and estimated wait, so you know when to head back. If you are not around when your number is called, tell the front desk when you return; they can place your ticket on hold and slot you back in rather than making you start over.

How accurate is the wait time?

It is an estimate, calculated from how the queue is actually moving at your clinic, not a promise to the minute. One thing to know: if the clinic flags an urgent case, that patient is seen first and your wait may increase. When that happens the app shows a notice instead of quietly letting the timer slip.

How do I book an appointment?

In the app, pick your clinic, choose a doctor and an available time, and confirm. You will see the booking on your home screen and get a reminder before your visit.

How do I cancel or change an appointment?

Open the appointment in the app and cancel it from there, then book a new time that suits you. Cancelling early frees the slot for another patient.

What happens when I arrive at the clinic?

Just let the front desk know you are here. Once they mark you as arrived, you automatically join the day’s queue and can follow your position live in the app. No separate ticket machine, no paper number.

Is the app free for patients?

Yes, completely free, with no ads and no charges, ever. Clinics subscribe to VCare; patients never pay.

Which clinics can I use VCare with?

Clinics that have joined VCare. We are launching with our founding clinics in Singapore, and the in-app clinic list grows as more join. If you would like your clinic on VCare, mention us at your next visit, or send us the clinic’s name and we will reach out.

Where is my data stored?

In Singapore, and only Singapore. VCare is hosted in the AWS Singapore region and your data does not leave the country. Read exactly how we protect it on our Security & data protection page.

Can I see my lab results or medical certificates in the app?

Yes, once your clinic files them. Lab reports, prescriptions, visit summaries, medical certificates, referral letters and invoices your clinic uploads appear in the app for you to open and forward. What is still on the roadmap is structured clinical data: individual lab values with reference ranges, and immunisation records.

How do I delete my account or my data?

Email us at admin@app-vantrexis.com and we will take it from there. Under the PDPA you can also ask to access or correct your data, or withdraw consent. Your booking and queue history is controlled by your clinic, so where a request concerns that data we route it to them and help them respond. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
