Pricing for one clinic or a whole group

No. Every plan pays the annual subscription with no onboarding fee and no per-booking charges. Guided setup is included at no charge, meaning our team configures your clinic profile, doctors, rooms and services, creates staff accounts with two-factor authentication, and trains your front desk. You go live without touching a settings page. The one thing priced separately is the physical walk-in kiosk (see below).

No multi-year lock-in: you renew one year at a time. The subscription is an annual one, so choosing to pay in monthly instalments spreads the cost rather than shortening the commitment; it is a payment schedule, not a monthly rolling plan. Your patient and clinic data stays yours throughout. If you leave, we hand it back in a standard format, as set out in our Terms of Service.

The price you see is the price you pay. Vantrexis LLP is not GST-registered, so no GST is added to your invoice. If we ever register for GST, existing clinics get advance notice before anything on their invoice changes.

The founding rate is our lowest price, reserved for the first 25 clinics. If our costs rise later we may adjust prices, but founding clinics always keep a discount below the going Standard rate. Your early support is protected, and we give advance notice before any change.

One rate per clinic, and a cap on what the whole group pays. Every clinic in the group is S$688 a year, and the group never pays more than S$199 a month: two clinics is S$1,376 a year, three is S$2,064, and four or five is S$2,388, where the cap takes over. Founding groups are S$588 a clinic and never more than S$149 a month, so two clinics is S$1,176, three is S$1,764, and four or five is S$1,788. There is no premium on the first clinic and no joining fee for extra clinics, so adding a branch never costs more than the cap. If your group has six clinics or more, tell us about it and we will price the rollout with you.

The system your clinic runs on every day, plus your patients’ access to their own records: the front-desk queue board, online booking, your own branded patient app, document sharing, and front-desk invoicing with printable receipts, all live now, so your clinic can raise a bill and file lab reports, prescriptions, visit summaries, MCs, referral letters and invoices that patients open in the app. Structured clinical features (lab values with reference ranges, clinic-issued digital MCs, immunisation records) are still ahead; when they ship, prices for new clinics rise to match, while founding clinics keep a rate permanently below Standard. On the founding rate all of this is about S$2.16 a day.

In time, yes. Today’s price covers the live queue, appointment booking, the patient app, document sharing and front-desk invoicing. As structured clinical features (lab values with reference ranges, clinic-issued digital MCs, immunisation records) switch on, they carry real integration and running costs, so plan pricing will rise to match. Existing and founding clinics keep preferential rates and get advance notice.

Yes. GP and dental clinics run on the same plans at the same prices: the queue, booking, your branded patient app, the kiosk and document sharing all work identically, and patients see dental visit reasons (check-up and cleaning, toothache, fillings, extractions) when booking at a dental clinic. A group of GP and dental locations counts as one group and pays the same per-clinic rate across the mix.

Yes. The self-service walk-in kiosk is priced separately, as its own add-on quoted per clinic: the tablet, the stand and on-site setup depend on your waiting room. The queue system it connects to is part of every plan, so the kiosk quote is the only extra. Tell us about your waiting room and we will quote it.

By bank transfer or PayNow, and no payment or card details are collected on this website. You choose how to spread it: one annual invoice, or twelve equal monthly instalments at no extra cost, whichever suits your cash flow. The annual total is identical either way, there is no surcharge for paying monthly, and there are no onboarding fees on any plan. We invoice you once onboarding is confirmed.
